Pneumatic Ultra Heavy-Duty Masts

Pneumatic Ultra Heavy-Duty (Locking) Mast

Engineered for Mobile Communications
The Ultra Heavy-Duty is a telescoping pneumatic mast constructed of weather-resistant anodized aluminum with easy-to-operate and rugged positive locking pins for safe, long-term deployment without air pressure.  Compared to hydraulic steel masts, it delivers higher lifting capacity at a lower weight of 880 pounds (399 kg).  The Ultra Heavy-Duty Mast does not require hydraulic fluid for elevation thus eliminating the potential for environmentally hazardous leaks.  The strength of the Ultra Heavy-Duty Mast delivers significant unguyed performance, providing easier antenna deployment in paved parking lots and urban areas.

The Ultra Heavy-Duty Mast offers a total payload lifting capacity of 1,200 pounds (544 kg) at 59 feet (18m). The nested height of 11.3 feet (3.4 m) eliminates the need for a tilt system, delivering cost savings, reducing complexity and allowing for more payload capacity on a COW or COLT.

The Ultra Heavy-Duty pneumatic mast was designed to meet the evolving requirements of mobile communications:

  • 1,200 lbs. (544 kg) payload capacity at 59 feet (18 m)
  • No tilt system required
  • Stronger unguyed performance
  • Lightweight mast design
  • 5 year warranty with no maintenance
