Standard Duty Pneumatic Mast

Our Standard Duty pneumatic telescoping masts are used to support a variety of lightweight antennas at up to 34 ft (10.3 m).The mast is a series of graduated extruded aluminum tubes that nest one inside another.

  • 5 year commercial use warranty.
  • No maintenance required – aerospace grease provides lubrication for the life of the mast.
  • Free-standing unit so guy lines are not needed.
  • High strength, heat-treated aluminum alloy tubes and collars for long, dependable life.
  • Two full length external keys on mast sections, and the collars have matching machined key ways which maintain directional azimuth.
  • Each tube and collar is protected by low friction synthetic bearings for smooth operation and long life.
  • The bumpers are designed to reduce shock on extension and retraction.
  • All exterior aluminum surfaces are anodized and sealed for long life, and the fasteners are plated stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Our Non-Military Pneumatic Non-Locking Masts are used to support a variety of lightweight antennas at up to 34 ft (10.3 m).The mast is a series of graduated extruded aluminum tubes that nest one inside another.
With extended antenna heights of up to 56 ft (17 m), our Non-Locking Heavy Duty Pneumatic Telescoping Mast is ideal for surveillance, electronic news gathering and elevated testing. The pneumatic telescopic mast is a series of graduated extended tubes, assembled to nest inside one another. It can be retracted to its compact height of less than 10 ft (3 m) and quickly extended in minutes to its free-standing height.

  • Custom models can be designed or manufactured for payloads that exceed the 1000 lbs (454 kg) rating of the Super Heavy Duty models. Also, different retracted and extended heights can be designed. Consult factory.
